Let’s talk it throughDoes every plan include the assistant and Pulse?
Yes. Every plan includes the full community portal, AI document assistant, and Atrionos Pulse. Question capacity, storage, onboarding, and support scale with the plan.
What if our community outgrows its plan?
If usage repeatedly outgrows a plan, we discuss the right next tier before changing billing. There are no surprise overage invoices.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any plan, with 30 days' written notice. Service and billing end on the last day of the month in which the notice period ends. If an annual plan is cancelled before its 12-month term is complete, the months used are repriced at the monthly price, counting a partial month as a full month, and the rest is refunded. Export your data before the service ends; the Terms of Service have the details and an example.
Who owns our documents and data?
Your association does. Atrionos does not sell community data or use governing documents or assistant content to train foundation models.
Can realtors and prospective buyers access public documents?
That access is planned. It is not presented as an available feature in these plans.
